Why is Outlook not showing my emails in the correct font or formatting?

  1. Check your display settings

  2. Check that your desired font is installed on your device and is supported by Outlook

  3. Ensure that Outlook is using the right font

  4. Check that your formatting is supported

  5. Check that all formatting is done correctly

  6. Restart Outlook and check again
