Why is my Outlook not showing my email folders in the correct order?

1. Check that the Microsoft Outlook application is up to date.
2. Make sure the view settings of the application are set to organize mail items by date.
3. Clear and reset the folder list with the reset view command.
4. Create a new mail profile in the control panel.
5. Un-install and then re-install the application on your device.
6. Reboot the device if needed.
