How do I fix the problem of Outlook not properly organizing my emails into folders?

1. Check your Junk and Clutter folders for misplaced emails
2. Reset the email file structure in Outlook by clicking on File > Options > Advanced > Mail > Empty Folder
3. Delete all duplicate emails in the Inbox & archive
4. Make sure the emails are being sorted into a separate folders by adjusting the rules settings in Outlook
5. Try using Search Folders to organize and locate emails quickly.
