1. Check the server connectivity of your Outlook account.
2. Ensure that your Outlook software is up to date.
3. Make sure that you have the updated Outlook profile list installed in your machine.
4. Remove any corrupted or incompatible add-ins.
5. Enable Outlook folders by rebuilding the Outlook profile.
6. Run the Outlook Inbox Repair tool (Scanpst.exe).
7. Create a new Outlook profile.
