Why are my emails showing up as unread even though I have read them?

1. Check if any emails are in spam/junk folder
2. Make sure email notifications are turned on via email or mobile apps Settings
3. Disable any additional email readers to help keep all emails in one inbox
4. Refresh the inbox periodically
5. Verify the emails as read within email’s individual settings
6. Contact your email provider to resolve the issue
