To ensure that your section titles appear in the navigation bar, follow these steps:

1. Make sure each page has a section title.
2. Select View from the menu and check if NavigationPanels is turned on.
3. Click the arrow next to the NavigationPanels button to open up the pane.
4. Select the Tabs and Sections options.
5. Review any changes and close the navigation pane.

Your section titles and tabs should now be visible in the navigation bar.
