Why is OneNote not allowing me to edit or add to a locked page or section?

1. Check to see if the page or section is locked.
2. Unlock the page or section, if possible.
3. Check if the appropriate permissions are set to allow editing for all users.
4. If needed, move the content to a new, unlocked page or section.
