Why are my OneDrive files not accessible after moving them to a new computer?
- Ensure that you are connected to the Internet
- Verify that you are signed in with a valid Microsoft Account or Organization associated with OneDrive
- Check the OneDrive service status to ensure there is no known service outage
- Turn off and turn on the sync client on your new machine to reactivate the connection
- Check the file path and verify it is unchanged from when the files were originally synced
