Before you try any of the steps below, try refreshing the page. You may be able to view your files normally after the refresh.
- Back up your files.
- Restart your computer.
- Check the OneDrive folder syncing.
- Reset OneDrive Application.
- Check OneDrive trash.
Routinely back up the files on OneDrive to an external hard drive or USB flash drive.
Restart your computer to ensure the system update has been applied properly.
Make sure your OneDrive folder is synced correctly. Also, check that the correct device is linked to your OneDrive account.
If the file is still not visible, try resetting the OneDrive application.
Check the OneDrive trash folder for the missing files. You may be able to recover them from there.
