To clear the OneDrive cache on your mobile device, take the following steps:
- Exit the OneDrive app: Close the app completely. This can be done either by force quitting the app, or by restarting your device.
- Clear the Cache: The cache can be cleared by going to Settings > Apps > OneDrive > Storage and tapping on ‘Clear Cache’.
