You can access your OneDrive files offline on your mobile device by following these steps:

1. Open the OneDrive app on your device.
2. Sign in to the OneDrive app with your Microsoft account.
3. Select the file you’d like to view offline.
4. Tap the switch next to Available offline to turn the feature on.
