To troubleshoot OneDrive not showing recent changes to a file, try the following:
- Check the Activity view in the OneDrive folder, to make sure that the changes have been uploaded to the cloud.
- If they have been uploaded, they should show in the Activity view.
- Check the Share setting of the file for possible incorrect settings.
- If the setting is incorrect, make sure to synchronize the updated Share settings.
- If the setting is correct, delete the old version of the file and the backup that OneDrive creates.
- After deleting the old version and backup, resave the file in OneDrive.
- Finally, check to make sure that the file has been updated and the changes are now displaying.
