Check your router and modem and reboot both of them
- Unplug the power cords from your router and modem and wait 10 seconds
- Plug the power cords back into your router and modem and wait a few minutes for the internet connection to start working
Run a speed test
- Open an internet browser and go to any speed testing site
- Follow the instructions to run a speed test to check your internet speed
Check your connection settings
- Log into the router settings for your router and modem
- Make sure the settings are correct
Look for wireless interference
- Check for obstacles (such as walls, furniture, large plants, etc) that may be blocking or interfering with the signal
- Make sure you are not too far from the source of the internet signal
