If your internet connection is not working on your gaming console:

1. Restart your gaming console by holding the power button for at least 10 seconds.
2. Check to make sure all the cables are connected properly.
3. Restart your router and modem.
4. Clear the network settings on the console.
5. Factory reset the console.
6. Check to see if your console is blocked access to the internet via your router settings.
