Why am I unable to access certain websites?

  1. Check your internet connection: Make sure your pc or device is connected to the internet by either Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable.

  2. Test other websites: Open a couple of other websites you usually access to test if the issue is with the website in question or your connection.

  3. Check your browser settings: If you are able to access other websites, make sure the settings on your browser haven’t changed.

  4. Check your security software and firewalls: If your security software is blocking the website, make sure you have allowed or whitelisted that particular website in the security software or firewall settings.

  5. Clear your browser cache: Clearing your browser cache might fix the issue if the website you are trying to access has been updated, or if the website isn’t responding.

  6. Restart your router and device: Try restarting both your router and device and checking if you are able to access the website again.

  7. Restart your modem: If restarting the router and device does not work, restart your modem and check if you can access the website then.
