Why is my Microsoft Forms form displaying an incomplete page?

1. Check the file size of the form: Larger files may take longer to display; smaller files, however, should display immediately.

2. Check the response limit: Each form is limited to a certain number of responses, after which no new responses are accepted.

3. Check data connection: Make sure there’s no interruption in your internet connection and, if you’re using a collaboration tool, that third-party integration is enabled.
