1. Check that your message is in the correct formatting: HTML, Rich Text or Plain Text.
2. Make sure that your message looks the way you want it to in Outlook, then send it.
3. Check the recipient’s email client settings. The recipient may be using a different font setting that is causing your message to be displayed differently.
4. Consider providing an alternative version of the message, either as an attachment or in the email body, in the older Rich Text or Plain Text format.
