1. Check Excel Settings

a. Select the Options icon in the Excel ribbon.
b. In the ‘Advanced’ tab, scroll down to ‘Display options for this workbook’.
c. Ensure ‘Autofit settings are off’ is unchecked.

2. Resize Columns Manually

a. Double-click the column’s boundary between the column heading letters.
b. The column width automatically adjusts to fit the longest piece of data in the column.

3. Adjust Row Heights

a. Select the row of varying heights.
b. Choose ‘Row Height’ in the Home tab.
c. Set a uniform height for the rows.
