To highlight specific cells in Excel, you can use conditional formatting.

1. Select the cells you want to apply the formatting to.

2. Click on the ‘Conditional Formatting’ button in the ‘Styles’ section of the Toolbar.

3. Choose the formatting type (ex. Data Bars, Color Scales, Icon Sets, etc.) and settings.
