Here are 5 steps to set up email aliases:

1. Select an email alias to use.
   Choose a unique name that represents the purpose of the alias.
2. Choose the corresponding email address.
   Set up an email address with your chosen name followed by the domain (i.e. @example.com).
3. Set up a new email account.
   Create a new account on the email server using your chosen name and domain.
4. Route emails.
   Set up your email address to route emails to the existing email address.
5. Test your alias.
   Send a test email to the alias address and verify that it is routed correctly.
