Here is a list of things to try if you’re having difficulty accessing your Microsoft Classroom:
- Ensure that you’re logged in with the same credentials as your school’s Teams app.
- Verify that your school's version of Office 365 is up to date.
- Open your browser in Incognito or Private mode and relog into your Office 365 account.
- Clear cache, cookies and browsing history from your browser settings.
- Try another web browser or mobile app if possible.
- See if any updates need to be made to Books app in your device settings.
- Make sure your device has the right settings for Office 365.
