Why is my Microsoft calendar showing different dates for the same event on different devices?

  1. First, check all of your devices to make sure they are set to the correct Time Zone and the correct Date & Time.

  2. Once you have confirmed your devices are in sync, try running the troubleshooter.

  3. If the troubleshooter cannot find a resolution, you may need to restart the devices in sync with your account.

  4. Check that the account you are using to sync devices across devices is the primary one associated with the calendar.

  5. If all else fails, you may simply need to delete and recreate the affected event on all of your devices.
