- First, check all of your devices to make sure they are set to the correct Time Zone and the correct Date & Time.
- Once you have confirmed your devices are in sync, try running the troubleshooter.
- If the troubleshooter cannot find a resolution, you may need to restart the devices in sync with your account.
- Check that the account you are using to sync devices across devices is the primary one associated with the calendar.
- If all else fails, you may simply need to delete and recreate the affected event on all of your devices.
