How do I change the default reminder sound for events in my Microsoft calendar?

  1. Open the Outlook Calendar application.
  2. Click Options near the bottom of the sidebar.
  3. Under Calendar Options at the bottom of the page, select Reminders and Sounds.
  4. In the drop-down menu next to Default reminder sound, select the sound of your choice. Click Play to preview the sound.
  5. Once you’ve selected the sound you want, click Apply and then OK.
