To delegate control to an Active Directory user or group, follow these steps:

1. Open the Active Directory Users and Computers MMC snap-in


2. Right-click the object on which you want to assign permissions


3. Select Delegate Control from the shortcut menu


4. In the Delegation of Control Wizard, click Next >


5. Select the user(s) or group(s) to receive delegated control


6. Select the tasks that you wish to delegate


7. Review the selections, then click Finish to close the wizard
