Follow these steps to move a computer account to a different Active Directory Organizational Unit:

1. Determine the source OU where the computer account currently resides.
2. Backup the source OU before making any changes.
3. Ensure the computer account is part of the source OU hierarchy before you move it.
4. Log on to the domain controller and open the Active Directory Users and Computers management console.
5. Navigate to the source OU. Locate the computer account you would like to move.
6. Right-click on the computer account and select Move from the shortcut menu.
7. Select the target OU from the Move dialog box.
8. The computer account is now located in the target OU.
